One Must Dash in Color!

Een nieuw hoofdstuk wordt toegevoegd in de ontwerpen van het Scandinavische ontwerpduo, Anki Josefsson en Anneli Sandström, namelijk kleur! Zij doen dit op een geheel eigen manier, door te kiezen voor een ontwerp in zwart wit, met hierin verwerkt, verschillende grafische patronen en een gekleurde achtergrond, in oranje/koraal, hemelsblauw en lila/purper. Mooi en zoals wij One Must Dash kennen, met een knipoog ;-)

Verkrijgbaar in de standaardmaat 50x70 cm (€ 59,--) dus geschikt voor een neutrale standaard wissellijst in wit.

Stoer in Style op Woonbeurs 2012

Zondag 30 september 2012 was het zover.... Stoer in Style op de Woonbeurs RAI Amsterdam! Uitgenodigd door VT wonen, om vanuit één van de Bloggershuiskamertjes verslag te doen van de Woonbeurs, en te laten zien op wat voor manier ik bezig ben met interieur. Deze kans heb ik met beide handen gegrepen. Met een volgeladen auto vol moois uit de webwinkel, ben ik zondagmorgen richting Amsterdam gereden en wat was het geweldig!

In het Designhal bruisde het van de enthousiaste shoppers, interieurliefhebbers, jonge ontwerpers, inspirerende ideëen en uiteraard de Bloggers, Wikkie van Wikkie.nl, Wennes Zilverberg van Beeldsteil, Monique Tieleman van Dutchfoodrules, Mignon van Authentique Mignon en Yzette van Kooy van SOYZ.

Met speciale aandacht voor mijn overbuurvrouwen van Urlaub! Kim Welling en Ellen Vesters zijn jonge ontwerpers en maken prachtige illustraties. Geweldig dat juist jonge ontwerpers en ondernemers, een podium krijgen op de Woonbeurs om te laten zien wat zij doen en wat een talent!

Iam always excited, about the new collection of House Doctor! 

House Doctor is a Danish interior company and Stoer in Style is a huge fan. The collection is personal, basic and not too formal. It's great not to follow every new trend, but find something you like and mix it with your own style and interior. Make it personal! Take a look at the great new lamps, vases and frames. An old mirror found on a French market, with a black rack from Ikea. Beautiful combination!

Fantastic photos taken by David Johansson, with the white chairs of Harry Bertoias called Diamond, and a rug of Ligne Roset. What a beautiful combination of the table of marble and the soft rug!

There is a working space I love! Desk of Ikea, classic Eameschair and the fantastic lamp by the Swedisch Taf for Muuto. The high windows and doors and the light floor are beautiful!

Beautiful high and classic ceiling and windows, gives character to this room. With a nude Acne sofa and pillows, modern chairs and soft rug. 

Make a combination of old and new, design and Ikea, art and kitsch. These photos show that it's works! I really love the nude and soft colours and the combination of design and classic. What a beautiful home in Malmö!

Nice black frame with an old photo, with tape of brown kraft. Combination of black and white, supplemented with off-white. Black frame combined with round shapes by the image behind, by combining in the same color this is very beautiful

Big City

Ik ben fan van de Blanca Gomez printen, dat is bekend. Ik ben dan ook erg blij met haar nieuwe werk. Met name de prints van de grote steden zijn prachtig, nieuw in deze collectie Helsinki en Madrid. Het kleurgebruik en de details zijn geweldig. Helsinki met de herkenbare scandinavische gebouwen, bootje met Finse vlag en het blonde stelletje. Madrid met de warme kleuren, prachtige panden en een Spaanse dame die haar stoepje veegt voordat de zon echt te warm wordt.

In een licht en basic interieur zijn deze prenten een welkome aanvulling. Persoonlijk en subtiel. Wil je in je interieur meer kleur, probeer dan je eigen combinatie te maken van prenten en posters eventueel aangevuld met eigen tekeningen, kaartjes, houten letters en metalen borden. Prints zijn verkrijgbaar in A4 formaat (€23,95) en posters (€ 49,95)

Sydney Home

Hoe prachtig deze foto's uit het huis van Andrea Millar. 

Mijn oog viel direct op de combinatie van vintage, strak, warm en licht. Lichte en gladde vloer in combinatie met oude Chesterfield en dekenkist, houten vloeren met zichtlijn naar lichte en strakke keuken. De combinatie klopt en is prachtig. Lichte basis, ingevuld met persoonlijke elementen, en meubels met een geschiedenis, bijvoorbeeld de houten bankjes vanuit een oude school en de Marokkaanse lamp, die door Andrea op reis werd meegenomen. Prachtige kleuren door het bewerkte kleed en de vintage kunstwerken die werden gevonden op oude markten.

Let them eat cake

  Dozen kwamen aan bij Stoer in Style, de inhoud..... prachtig servies ontworpen door Elisabeth Dunker en Anna Backlund uit Zweden. Het is vervaardigd in Tunesië, door the House of Rym. Ik ben onder de indruk van de mooie combinatie van kleuren en vormen, bovendien kun je eindeloos combineren en je eigen style maken. Zelf een kijkje nemen, dat kan!
